Joseph Saka is an Associate at Gutterman Trial Group. Joey’s practice focuses on first-party property insurance defense and coverage cases. He has represented insurers in matters involving windstorm, arson, water damage, assignment of benefits, and theft, and has defended them against individuals and entities attempting to perpetrate insurance fraud and misrepresentation.
Joey obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Florida, and his Juris Doctorate at Florida International University College of Law. He was President of the Jewish Law Students Association while in law school. Joey is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts.
Originally from Miami Beach, Joey enjoys traveling, playing sports, exercising, and rooting for his favorite local sports teams.
