David M. Abosch is a Partner at Gutterman Trial Group, and a skilled insurance defense attorney. David focuses his practice on representing insurers in first-party property insurance claims in both residential and commercial contexts. He also defends insureds and self-insured entities in third-party liability, property damage and automobile cases. David’s significant litigation and coverage experience aids him in counseling and representing insurers in subrogation actions. David enjoys lecturing to various groups and organizations about recent developments in the law.

David joined the Florida Bar in 2006, after graduating from Nova Southeastern University’s Sheppard Broad Law Center. He graduated from the University of Delaware in 2001, with a bachelor’s degree in communications. While in law school, he served as a board member for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and was associate editor of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law.
David was born and raised in Baltimore, before moving to Florida for law school. When not practicing law, David enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two sons. He enjoys travelling, participating in nearly all outdoor sports and activities, and rooting on his hometown Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens.
